Where Is Frank Wolf?

The Virginia General Assembly approves a budget that knocks out a $300 million proposal to reduce the tolls on the Dulles Toll Road, brought on by increases to cover the cost of extending the Metro.  Rep. Frank Wolf, while vocal in his opposition to toll hikes, has been curiously silent on the proposed bond issuance to decrease them.  What gives?  Where does he stand?
