Not to be outdone by the inanimate road spam of western Loudoun
reported by LI below, we in eastern Loudoun now have a more lively type.
On the median at the intersection of Algonkian Parkway and Cascades
Parkway was John Stevens himself (notable from his goatee) waving
around a John Stevens for school board sign. As I was stopped waiting
for the light, he tried to catch my attention by pointing at the sign
then pointing at himself.
Who at VDOT do I need to call to get THAT road spam cleaned up?
